...One that hears and answers prayers!
The pathology test today still showed "borderline cancer" in the cyst but the great news is-- the lymph nodes and surrounding areas that were biopsied showed no cancer!! Monday a second pathologist will take a look at the cyst and give their opinion; from there we will see if Dr. Harris wants Momma to consult an oncologist or not. We are so relieved the cancer was revealed so early.... early enough to remove it before it ever really got started. Momma said she is the "poster child" for yearly exams. So... even if you dread, hate, and put off going to see your doctor each year....read this story and realize the importance of your check up. Also, even if you feel great and don't know of any reason you need to see a doctor, make the appointment!! Momma is recovering well at home, still sore and obviously tired but praising God for how He showed up in a BIG way in this storm. All of you who have prayed, emailed, called, sent cards, and come to visit thank you so much, you will never know how much you are appreciated. Keep those prayers flowing :)
